    Can I use my gift card online?
    Currently redemption of a CUSP.com gift card cannot be done online. Please contact a customer care representative

    How long does it take to process a Smart Label return?
    Please allow 7-10 days for the package to reach our fulfillment center. Allow an additional 3-5 days for the credit to be processed.
    How do I place an order?

    When I put something in my shopping cart, does it guarantee that I have the merchandise?
    Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it will be available when you are ready to make your purchase.

    Where do I enter a promotion code?

    How do I track my order?
    To track your order, if you are registered with our site and were signed in at the time of the order, please click on “My Account” and sign in. Once you are signed in, click the “View” button next to “Web Order History”. Find your order number
    and click it; under the status column you can click the link to track the order. For unregistered customers, please call us
    at 1-800-401-2101 for tracking information.

  • Credit Card Use

    CUSP.com accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

    • The Neiman Marcus credit card
    • The Bergdorf Goodman credit card
    • American Express

    Credit Cards

    The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

    Debit Cards

    Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.

    Applying for the NM credit card

    When you complete an online NM credit card application, you submit to us certain information that we consider personal and as such should be protected. We assure you that your information can be shared with us in complete confidence - we will not release information concerning your credit card to a third party except in accordance with our Neiman Marcus financial privacy policy, which will be mailed to you with your NM credit card if your application is approved.

  • CUSP Gift Cards®

    At CUSP.com, you may:

    • Purchase CUSP Gift Cards® (in the form of a plastic credit-card style. CUSP Gift Cards® may be redeemed by phone order, or at your local CUSP store).

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CUSP GIFT CARD®)

    The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CUSP Gift Card and they may only be modified in a writing signed by both parties:

    • CUSP Gift Cards may be treated the same as cash.
    • CUSP Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund.
    • CUSP Gift Card actual cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
    • CUSP Gift Cards cannot be applied as payment on Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman Credit Card accounts.
    • The CUSP Gift Card is immediately redeemable once your recipient receives the CUSP Gift Card via standard shipping (we’ll send up to three days after processing your order).
    • Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with a CUSP Gift Card.
    • Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
    • Delivery to a non-existent shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
    • CUSP is not responsible for lost or stolen CUSP Gift Cards.

    CUSP.com offers an edited selection of the merchandise available in CUSP stores and through CUSP.com. We frequently add new designers and exciting products to our selection-stay updated by registering for CUSP e-mail.

    We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

  • Order Cancellation

    You may cancel any CUSP order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee may apply to large and heavy items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date.

    Registered Customers

    You may cancel your web order online. Click on My Account, sign in, select “View Web Order History”, click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.

    Non-registered Customers

    Please call toll-free 1-800-401-2101 to determine order status; to cancel it, please have your order number ready.

    Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via e-mail or online chat, or by calling 1-800-401-2101. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.

  • Price Adjustments

    Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 7 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments

    We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on CUSP.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

    • If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
    • If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied, returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise will be gladly accepted within 30 days of the original date of receipt.

    Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging, where applicable, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days of the original date of receipt may not be refunded and may be returned to the original shipping address.

    Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return.

    All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

    Please note: When a gift is returned, a CUSP refund check will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise.

    By Mail

    We encourage you to use the Smart Label provided with your shipment if you need to return your item.

    If you choose not to use the Smart Label, on the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another CUSP purchase, or receive a refund.     Any CUSP merchandise purchased in store should be returned for a refund at the CUSP store where it was purchased.

  • Sales Tax

    Sales tax is automatically applied to your CUSP.com order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TX, VA, or the District of Columbia.

  • Shipping Information

    Delivery & Processing Charges (D&P)
    D&P is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but our best approximation and will vary with specific request. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. D&P is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:
    Standard Delivery
    Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
    Two-Day Delivery
    If requested, add $10.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
    Overnight Delivery
    If requested, add $17.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
    Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and Palau Deliveries
    Add $5.00 to the applicable D&P charges. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
    International Deliveries
    At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations and U.S. territories when placing an order online. However, you may have your CUSP.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1-800-401-2101.
    Returns may affect final D&P charges. D&P charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Returns for reasons due to CUSP will receive D&P credit as D&P was allocated, which may result in a final D&P charge after return that differs from quoted rates.
    Certain consumer commodities are considered hazardous materials, such as aerosols, nail polish, fragrances and other alcohol based products. Our policy is to ship these items as standard D&P to U.S. locations and to prohibit the shipping to international locations, including APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico and Guam.
    If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route, an additional charge may be assessed.
    Process and Delivery Costs
    The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.
