  • Within the next business day, upon credit approval, we'll email the Cusp Virtual Gift Card (and your personal message, if you wish) to the gift recipient.
  • Available in denominations from $25-$1,000, as listed.
  • Cusp Virtual Gift Cards may be redeemed at Cusp.com or any Cusp store or Cusp boutique in a Neiman Marcus store.
  • If the gift recipient does not activate their Cusp Virtual Gift Card within 60 days, a physical Cusp Gift Card will be sent to their mailing address. If you do not provide their mailing address, we will send the physical Cusp Gift Card to your mailing address.
  • Cusp Virtual Gift Cards never expire.
  • Cusp Gift Cards are also available in the traditional, plastic credit card-style.
  • Orders for Cusp Virtual Gift Cards may be subject to additional verification before fulfillment.

  • Cusp Virtual Gift Cards may be treated the same as cash.
  • Cusp Virtual Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund.
  • Cusp Virtual Gift Card actual cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
  • Cusp Virtual Gift Cards cannot be purchased with a Cusp Gift Card, nor can they be used to purchase a traditional gift card.
  • Cusp Virtual Gift Cards cannot be applied as payment on Neiman Marcus Credit Card accounts.
  • The Cusp Virtual Gift Card is immediately redeemable once your recipient receives the Cusp Virtual Gift Card email notification (we'll send it within one business day of order completion).
  • Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with an Cusp Virtual Gift Card.
  • Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable email address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Delivery to a non-existent email address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Cusp is not responsible for lost or stolen Cusp Virtual Gift Cards.
