    How long does it take for a Virtual Gift Card to process?
    Within the next business day of order completion, the Virtual Gift Card will be emailed to the gift recipient. Orders for Virtual Gift Cards may be subject to additional verification before fulfillment.

    My Virtual Gift Card link says it is invalid. Why?
    If you have clicked your Virtual Gift Card link and the page states your Virtual Gift Card is invalid, your URL link has wrapped and is not populating completely in your browser. To access the gift card, please copy and paste the entire URL into a new browser.

    How do I unsubscribe from emails?

    How do I track my order?
    To track your order, if you are registered with our site and were signed in at the time of the order, your shipping summary emailed to you will display a clickable link to track your package.

    How do I apply for the Neiman Marcus credit card?

    It's simple–just fill out our online application. Please allow ten business days for us to review your application.

    This process is completely secure, and the personal information you submit is protected. We won't release any information concerning your credit application to a third party except in accordance with our privacy policy, which will be mailed to you with your NM credit card.

    Delivery & Processing Charges (D&P)

    D&P is the charge for CUSP.com order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport, and handling. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed with any service. For your protection, orders can be delayed pending credit card verification. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. D&P is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:

    Standard Delivery

    Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon CT.

    FREE Two-Day Delivery

    Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon CT. Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon CT Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service. Hazardous items including alcohol-based products are required to ship via ground transportation, thus are not eligible for two-day shipping. This offer cannot be applied to previous purchases.

    Overnight Delivery

    If requested, add $25.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon CT. Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon CT Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.     Delivery to Post Office Boxes

    Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

    Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries

    No additional charge will be added to the applicable D&P charges for standard, two business day and next business day shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon CT.

    International Deliveries

    At this time, we do not allow international ordering online. However, you may have your CUSP.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1.800.401.2101. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

    Additional Address

    No additional charge will be added to the applicable D&P charges for standard, two business day and next business day shipping for each additional delivery address.

    • Items ordered together may be delivered separately, and the D&P will be allocated over shipments but not necessarily evenly. Some orders may require more than one package to ship; for these shipments the additional charge for two-day and overnight deliveries would be a per package charge.
    • Returns may affect final D&P charges. D&P charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Returns for reasons due to CUSP.com will receive D&P credit as D&P was allocated, which may result in a final D&P charge after return that differs from quoted rates.
    • In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items such as fragrances must be delivered via standard shipping and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
    • If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route, an additional charge may be assessed.

    Applying for the NM Credit Card

    When you complete an online NM credit card application, you submit to us certain information that we consider personal and as such should be protected. We assure you that your information can be shared with us in complete confidence–we will not release information concerning your credit card to a third party except in accordance with our Neiman Marcus financial privacy policy, which will be mailed to you with your NM credit card if your application is approved.

  • CUSP Gift Cards®

    At CUSP.com, you may:

    • Pay with a CUSP Gift Card®
    • Check the value of a CUSP Gift Card®

    Paying for an online order with a CUSP Gift Card® or a CUSP Virtual Gift Card

    • To pay for an online order with a CUSP Gift Card® or a CUSP Virtual Gift Card, you will need the gift card number, plus, for security purposes, the four-digit code that appears on the back of the traditional card or on the CUSP Virtual Gift Card.
    • If you are paying with multiple gift cards, you cannot choose the amount to be deducted from each gift card. The balance due is deducted from the gift card with the least value first and then from the remaining gift cards in ascending order.
    • The remaining balance of your order, if any, will need to be charged to a credit card which can be entered on the payment screen.
    • Any unused value remains on the CUSP Gift Card® or CUSP Virtual Gift Card until you choose to use it.
    • If you cancel your order once it ships, or if you return your order, then you will be mailed a Merchandise Credit Gift Card, provided the returned merchandise is within the return policy guidelines.

      To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law now requires Neiman Marcus and other retailers to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies customers in connection with certain gift card transactions. Such information includes your name, address, date of birth, and other identifying information, such as your driver's license or passport number.

      Neiman Marcus understands how important it is to our customers that such information is kept confidential. We will not use or transfer your information for any purpose other than as permitted or required by law, except with your consent.

      The new law also restricts our ability to offer gift card cash redemptions (other than minimal amounts required by law). In addition, certain returns may need to be processed at the Store Credit Office.
